Delete your Hero Legend account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Hero Legend account and the data tied to it. The game is published by hufbdo.
Option 1: in the app (instant)
- Open Hero Legend and tap the Settings (gear) button.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 2: request it by email
If you can't open the app any more, send us a deletion request. Include your player name and, if you can, your Player ID (Settings → Player ID). If you signed in with Google or an email and password, write from that same address so we can confirm the account is yours.
This form does not send anything to our servers. It only opens your own email app with a pre-filled message to privacy@hufbdo.com, which you then send yourself. We handle requests within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your player profile and progress: hero, level, stats, inventory, gold, crystals, research, rewards and rally history.
- Your login identity: the anonymous device id, and the email, Google link or password hash if you signed in.
- Your clan membership. If you led a clan, leadership passes to another member. If you were the last member, the clan is disbanded.
- Your chat messages (text and authorship) and any reports you filed.
What is kept, and for how long
- Crash and error reports stay for up to 30 days, but we unlink them from your account when you delete it, so they can't identify you.
- Anonymous daily counts of how many players were active. These carry no player id, name or email.
- Server backups are kept for up to 30 days and then overwritten. Deleted data disappears from them on that schedule.
